The Onam is the one of the biggest festival in india. The Vallamkali (the snake boat race) is another event that is synonymous with Onam. About 100 oarsmen row huge and graceful snake boats and men and women come from far and near to watch the snake boats skim through the water.
This is fun installation made on the occasion of ONAM Celebration at NID PG campus, Gandhinagar to feel the experience of the boat race game. Suddenly designed and developed in 4 hours of midnight to early Morning.
A wooden boating paddle as an interface for playing game, and a rapidly developed flash game in which user have 25 seconds to cross as much distance as user can using paddle.
